I know that I need to use tape to break up a table into sections where eacho prop will go with a lable of what the prop is that goes in that space. I will have to make sure that the props are all set in place before the show and that each prop is returned to its space when it is not in use. I also need to make sure that there is some order in where the props are so that everthing runs smoothly.
In the end, I found that the best way was for everyone to be responsible for their own props and make sure that they return their props to the rightful place before the show. Once everyone was made responsible for their own props, the show ran very smoothly and there were no incidents with props going wrong. I would definitely say that the props were a success.
